The Type A contract is the recommended minimum to ensure compliance with warranties, low usage requirements, and insurance obligations.
‘A’ Cover Includes:

• Oil, grease, and adjustment where necessary
• 24/7 emergency breakdown line
• Issue of condition report
• Consumables (oil, grease, cleaning materials)
Excludes: Callouts and any parts or labour
Type B – Standard Maintenance (General Usage)
The Type B contract is our standard recommended package for general lift usage.
‘B’ Cover Includes:
• Planned maintenance visits
• Oil, grease, and adjustment where necessary
• 24/7 emergency breakdown line
• Issue of condition report
• Consumables (oil, grease, cleaning materials)
• Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 callouts and breakdown attendance (excluding bank holidays)

Type C – Comprehensive Maintenance (Full Coverage)
The Type C contract is our fully comprehensive package, providing maximum reliability and peace of mind.

• Planned maintenance visits
• Oil, grease, and adjustment where necessary
• 24/7 emergency breakdown line
• Issue of condition report
• Consumables (oil, grease, cleaning materials)
• Monday–Friday callouts (08:00–17:00)
• 24-hour / weekend emergency breakdown cover
